2. Services We Provide

Rasky Graphics offers the following services:

• CCTV Installation: Professional installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems from brands including UNV, Hikvision, and Dahua.
• CNC Design & Cut: Precision 3D sign making, CNC cutting, and laser cutting services.
• Name Board Design & Fix: Custom design, fabrication, and installation of all types of name boards and business signage.
• Advertising: Complete business setup and signage solutions.
• Printing: Offset printing, digital printing, T-shirt printing, mug printing, stamp making, album printing, and custom gift items.

3. Payment & Pricing Policy

Pricing

All prices are negotiable and will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any project. We provide detailed quotes based on your specific requirements.

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before starting work on any project.
• Full payment is required upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept various payment methods, which will be discussed during the consultation.

4. Project Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work. We will provide an estimated delivery date during our initial consultation. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Installation services will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Customers must ensure that the site is ready for installation at the scheduled time.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and materials created by Rasky Graphics remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their intended business purposes.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to us do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

We provide warranties on our work as discussed during the consultation. Any warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period. Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rasky Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the stage of the project. If you wish to cancel a project, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.

Refunds, if applicable, will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on how much work has already been completed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
